2. Refund Conditions

Refunds for eligible services are subject to the following conditions:

2.1. Data Usage

Less than 100MB of data must have been used on the service to be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Proof of Unusability

Customers must demonstrate that the service is not usable for their specific use case. To request a refund based on unusability, please contact our support team at [email protected] with detailed information about your use case and why the service is not working for you.

Important: If the service is functioning as intended and meets the described specifications, a refund will not be granted, even if less than 100MB of data has been used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the service meets their requirements before purchase.

3. Refunds Due to Technical Issues

If any of the eligible services experience technical issues causing significant downtime, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following:

3.1. Issue Duration

The technical issue must persist for more than 48 hours to be considered for a refund.

3.2. Refund Options Based on Issue Timing

  • Full Refund: If the technical issue occurred within the first 48 hours of your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: If the technical issue occurred after the first 48 hours of your purchase, a partial refund may be provided based on the remaining time left on your subscription. The partial refund amount will be determined at ProxyElite's discretion.

4. Misuse or Abuse

Refunds will not be provided for accounts found to be misusing or abusing our services in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. ProxyElite reserves the right to refuse service and refunds in cases of misuse or abuse.
